2. Shipping Duration: Standard delivery within India takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
3. Express Shipping: If applicable, express shipping options may take 2-5 business days. Additional charges will apply.
4. International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

1. Free Shipping: Available on all orders.
2. Standard Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹40 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold of 200 Rupees.
3. Express Shipping Fee: Charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

If the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund, and re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, contact our support team at support@hsunahd.com. A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our return policy).

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• Defective or damaged during shipping
• Incorrect item received
• Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/customized items, innerwear, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Return Process:

2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.

3. Upon inspection, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues within 7 days of delivery.
2. The item must be in original condition with tags intact.
3. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
